01The Client

Built on grit, backed by craft

In 1992, two college grads named Jeff and Adam started a home remodeling business out of a two-bedroom Delaware apartment. Three decades on, Power is the nation's largest exterior home remodeler, selling and installing windows, siding, roofing, doors, insulation, gutters, and solar across the country, held to a five-star service standard the brand likens to hospitality, not home improvement.

02The Assignment

One site, two audiences

Power's website had to do two jobs at once: win over homeowners weighing a major investment in their home, and recruit the ambitious people who would build their careers at Power. Ruckus set out to architect a single digital experience that could speak to both without diluting either, all native to Power's own blueprint brand system, with both journeys opening the same way: with film.

03The Knock You Want

The film that flips the doorstep

Nobody looks forward to a knock at the door, and Power's entire business starts with one. So the brand film Ruckus produced flips that moment: when the person knocking brings a five-star crew, a better home, and genuine care, the knock stops being an interruption and becomes the knock you want. Shot documentary style with Power's own crews and real homeowner families, the same footage now rolls under the new homepage hero.

04The Work

A system drawn from the blueprint

Ruckus mapped the entire site before designing a single screen, architecting the homeowner and careers journeys around services, coverage areas, and project quotes on one side and culture, growth, and open roles on the other. The interface borrows from the language of building itself, grid lines, corner marks, and dashed leaders, and the copy was written twice in one brand voice: homeowner copy that sounds like HGTV, careers copy that sounds like Nike.

05The Results

Power's new digital front door

Ruckus delivered a full website designed and developed across both journeys, an interface native to Power's blueprint system, site-wide copywriting tuned to two audiences, and a brand film that opens the experience and carries it in motion.
