The AI coach for product people

Praxis by Emergn is an AI-powered product management platform built to help founders, product managers, and teams make sharper decisions faster. Its AI product coach, Stella, works alongside people rather than replacing them, turning canvases, customer profiles, and roadmaps into defensible calls. Launched by the global consultancy Emergn, Praxis set out to bring modern product thinking to a focused, fast-moving professional audience.

02The Assignment

A niche that rewards authority, not noise

Product management is a craft-led, authority-led niche, and a new name has to earn its place in it. With no paid history and no proven audience, every dollar had to buy learning first, not just reach, in a category that talks workflows, not AI buzzwords.

03The Work

Read the market, then build the engine

Before spending a dollar, Ruckus mapped who owns the conversation and where the open lanes are: Reforge and Productboard hold most of the share of voice, the AI-native narrative sits largely unclaimed, and competitors were leaving short-form video nearly empty on Meta. Ruckus put real product voices on camera teaching real methods, and one concept, 'tool sprawl elimination,' pulled ahead of everything else: tangible, behavioral, and free of AI hype.

With a winner emerging, Ruckus simplified the account into a focused performance engine, consolidating spend onto the two highest-signal audiences, founders and product users, and running on a clear stop-and-scale framework: scale what works, pause what doesn't, never break the learning phase.

04The Results

A standing start, turned into signal

In its first reporting month, the paid account delivered 43,500 impressions, 21,100 landing page views, 401 'Get Started' actions, and 8 new account sign-ups, validating founders and product managers as the audiences to scale first and 'tool sprawl elimination' as a repeatable creative angle.
