ADAR
Setting the standard
Rooted in Brooklyn and shaped by generations of garment making, Adar Medical Uniforms has spent decades outfitting the people who care for others, from durable everyday basics to performance fabrics, sold across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels.

A better product was losing to better marketing
Decades of craft sat behind an identity that read older than the product, out of step with a modern medical workforce. Fashion-led challengers entered the category with sharper stories and slicker design and won attention on look alone, while Adar's real advantages in fabric and fit stayed invisible at the point of decision.

Nothing left on the table
Ruckus rebuilt the brand from its foundation: a new identity, palette, typography, and brand story, documented in a full guidelines system built on clean, authoritative, customer-centric principles. A new site at adaruniforms.com carried that identity into the buying experience, organized around collections like Addition, Responsive, Pro, Lab, and Universal.
The campaign platform, Heroes Wear Scrubs, put the wearer at the center and let the product speak for itself, pairing each model with the fabric proof points that matter on shift.
Built to compete on the shelf it earned
Adar shipped with a complete identity system, a modern website live across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels, and a campaign platform ready for print, social, and out-of-home.
