PHARMACARE
A marketplace for medicine
PharmaCare is a platform built to create mutually beneficial relationships between independent pharmacies and drug manufacturers. Through its digital marketplace, businesses offload excess inventory and source the prescriptions they need to fill for their clients: find solutions, and fill orders.

A market that couldn't find itself
Every year, pharmacies sit on medicine they can't use while others scramble to fill it, and the tools meant to connect them were confusing and hard to trust. Buyers couldn't find what they needed, sellers struggled to list around expiration dates and packaging, the experience didn't feel professional enough to earn a pharmacist's trust, and none of it accounted for pharmacists working on their feet in the stockroom.

Five principles, every screen
Ruckus gave PharmaCare a full brand system: a name-forward wordmark that splits a capsule into an arrow, a navy, coral, and cyan palette, and a tone built around problem solving, innovation, efficiency, and support. The platform followed the same logic: search built for buyers, effortless bulk listing for sellers, a multi-vendor cart, and every core flow designed for tablet and mobile as seriously as desktop, so a pharmacist on the shelf floor and one at a desk get the same tools.
What started as an MVP plan grew into a full engagement: the brand system, a marketplace and admin platform designed, wired, and engineered screen by screen, and an ongoing development retainer advancing the product month over month.
The brand, the platform, and the partnership
PharmaCare came to Ruckus with an idea for a better way to move medicine. Ruckus built the brand and the platform behind it, a complete identity from mark to voice and a pharmacy-to-pharmacy marketplace designed and engineered end to end, then stayed on as a multi-year development partner.
