Meet Father Time
Chrono24 is the world's largest online luxury watch marketplace for serious collectors. Seen mostly as a research tool, the brand sought to expand in the United States and reached out to Ruckus to grow its identity.
Ruckus personified the Chrono24 brand as a face people could trust: a dapper, ageless adventurer built to carry a unicorn brand focused on trust, global reach, and community.

Bringing Father Time to life
Ruckus created the character from first sketch to final frame, casting actor Mark Webber to embody a figure equal parts grandiose and accessible. The team built an intricate 1,600 square foot vault set to anchor his adventures, a physical stand-in for the Chrono24 marketplace itself.
Styling and props stayed period correct across decades, from 1929 to 1982, so Father Time could remain recognizable in any era, and a Character Guideline booklet documented his traits and origin story like a brand book for a person.
Five spots, one campaign
A four-day shoot produced a main hero spot and a suite of supporting deliverables across Father Time's different time periods, with an editing station built into the studio so feedback stayed immediate through post-production.
Ruckus also launched evergreen and holiday creative across YouTube, Meta, and programmatic placements to keep Chrono24 in front of watch collectors beyond the hero campaign.

26 million impressions, 30 percent site lift
The campaign delivered more than 26 million YouTube impressions from the top-of-funnel push and a 30% lift in website traffic quarter over quarter.
“Ruckus helped us get a big-budget campaign to live on another continent. The creative thoughts and storyline behind the campaign are exceptional. Ruckus managed to create, cast, and capture a character perfectly suited to Chrono24.”Inga Lorenz, Director of Marketing, Chrono24
