CEDAR CREST COLLEGE
Career ready, on camera
Founded in 1867, Cedar Crest College is one of the nation's enduring women's colleges, a private liberal arts institution on an 84-acre arboretum campus in Allentown, Pennsylvania, built around preparing women to lead.
Ruckus Studios was engaged to give the college's career preparation a screen presence: a three-part video series turning the fundamentals of the job search into content every student could watch, on any device, at any hour.

A library, not a lecture
Interview coaching, dress guidance, and resource walkthroughs had always lived in one-on-one sessions and printed handouts, reaching one student at a time. The brief called for films students could return to at every stage of the search, from first resume to final round interview.

Three films, one job search
Ruckus produced Interview Skills, Professional Dress Attire, and Online Resources, shot with two-camera coverage and graded as a set, so the series felt consistent across every episode.
The strongest material was already on campus. The career center's own resume and cover letter templates became the graphics package, rebuilt as animated on-screen visuals alongside custom checklists and motion titles.
A career center that never keeps office hours
Ruckus delivered all three films end to end, production, edit, voiceover, and finishing, built from Cedar Crest's real career center materials and shot on its own campus, so the series speaks the way the college does.
