Access Holdings is a Baltimore-based, research-led investment firm giving investors access to the lower-middle market. Through its proprietary Access Edge operating model, the firm buys and builds essential-service businesses, with $2.3 billion in assets under management and more than 250 add-on acquisitions to date.

Since 2020, Ruckus has been the firm's studio partner, producing its flagship investor events, firm films, and portfolio company stories through a standing annual production program.

Three audiences, one firm

Institutional investors gather twice a year at the firm's flagship events, and every summit and annual meeting needs to be captured at institutional grade. Access positions itself as a hands-on partner to founders and operators, a claim that lands hardest on film inside the portfolio companies. And a firm building category leaders needs its own history, people, and training programs on camera too.

A standing studio program, not a vendor on call

Ruckus builds cinematic packages for every asset, scripts, shot lists, casting, and music, then fields full crews on location across Baltimore, Washington DC, and Brooklyn for the Leadership Summit and Annual Meeting, including A/V management for multi-day live events.

Post-production carries every cut from 60-second highlight reels to three-hour longform records, alongside a growing library of firm films, portfolio company stories, and staged photography across the portfolio.

Cameras still rolling

What started as a single event shoot in 2020 is now a standing annual partnership, renewed year after year rather than bid shoot by shoot. Every flagship event has been captured continuously since 2023, and the next Leadership Summit scope was already signed for June 2026 at The Pendry.
