01The Client

Thirty years of governance, made legible

MGRM has spent three decades building e-governance systems for the highest levels of government. Through Hitachi MGRM Net, its joint venture with Hitachi, it deploys lifecycle-based platforms across six domains, from education and healthcare to smart cities, for governments around the world.

02The Challenge

A vast company with no clear front door

MGRM had built deep technology across six domains, earning 150+ patents and reaching deployments in 110+ countries, but governments, institutions, and citizens landed on a dense catalogue of systems with no through line connecting any of it. The brief was as much brand architecture as it was web design.

03The Work

Structuring the ecosystem before designing it

Ruckus organized the site around MGRM's own citizen lifecycle, running a platform audit, an MVP workshop, and a Brand Snapshot that landed on The Builder: confident, technical, and deeply blue. An August 2020 style tile locked the palette, typography, icon family, and domain color coding before page design began.

The build carried through wireframes, responsive design finalized for mobile in October 2021, and full copywriting, development, and QA, taking MGRM's citizen lifecycle framework and its smart-city stack into diagrams and isometric infographics a minister could read at a glance.

04The Results

A front door equal to the work behind it

The Master Governance Platform website shipped across all six domains and is live at mgrm.com, giving a thirty-year enterprise its single global home and the one place its whole ecosystem is finally explained clearly to the people who need it.
