ITOUCH WEARABLES
A smartwatch priced like an accessory
iTOUCH Wearables makes connected smartwatches with fitness tracking, notifications, and call and music remotes, wrapped in interchangeable cases and straps, all priced without the premium tag the category usually charges. iTOUCH came to Ruckus to turn that idea into a real, sellable brand.
The assignment covered the whole stack: a product experience, a storefront customers could trust, and the content to teach people how much a smartwatch this accessible could actually do, from setup and features through everyday use on the wrist, day after day.

Feature rich, priced low, still had to feel considered
The wearables aisle was crowded at the top. iTOUCH needed the opposite: a feature-rich watch that looked and felt intentional, sold through a storefront people could trust, with content that explained the value before anyone worried about the price tag on the box.

From wireframe to checkout
Ruckus mapped the MVP, drew wireframes, and moved into high fidelity prototyping so clock, messages, dialer, camera and music remotes each read as a clean, legible tile on the wrist. Managed development kept what shipped true to what was designed, tap by tap.
Ruckus then designed and built the ecommerce site end to end: a clean product architecture across the full lineup, configurable case sizes, case colors, and strap colors, rich product pages, and a minimal, retail-ready interface built to convert browsers into buyers.
Teaching it, then selling it, then taking it off screen
Custom educational video walked owners through setup and features right where they shop, extending into an always-on social content program of everyday lifestyle moments. Around launch, the Watch Me campaign moved off screen into 46 by 60 kiosk posters, one per model, each pointing shoppers to its own retail home.
On shelves nationwide
iTOUCH now sells a configurable family, Air, Pulse, Curve, and iFITNESS, each feature-rich across cases and straps, merchandised for national retail and carried by Macy's and JCPenney, with a product experience, storefront, and launch content designed and built end to end by Ruckus.
