01The Client

An American icon, thin online

Harley-Davidson of New York ran dealership locations across the greater New York City area. On the showroom floor the brand was unmistakable, backed by a century of heritage and a loyal customer base. Online, the presence was thinner, and the team wanted a plan before committing to any build.

02The Assignment

A narrow brief, by design

This was not a rebuild, a replatform or a retainer. The team wanted clear, lightweight UX and UI planning before committing to any build: how the store should be structured online, how customers would move through it, and what technology should sit behind it.

03The Outcome

The right work, at the right size

Ruckus delivered wireframe-level structure and interface direction for the New York City store's online experience, plus a documented recommendation for centralized shipping and inventory management technology to back any future ecommerce build. A short engagement, scoped honestly and finished cleanly.
