01The Client

Clean beauty, ready to convert

boscia built its name in organic clean beauty and botanical science, plant-to-bottle formulas and a chemical preservative-free process since 2002.

In 2021, boscia turned to Ruckus to lead a full-funnel digital marketing program across email and paid advertising, built to drive sales and awareness in a saturated skincare market.

02The Challenge

Whitespace, not weakness

A digital performance audit found boscia's paid channels sat nearly untouched while direct and organic search drove almost three quarters of sessions. Email made up under five percent of traffic but ranked as the third highest source of conversions.

Those numbers pointed to a program that was proven, just underused, a clear roadmap for where growth could come from next.

03The Work

An email program with a pulse

Ruckus rebuilt boscia's email marketing around product education, launches, giveaways, and holiday promotions, driving the highest Klaviyo revenue in the brand's history and thousands of new subscribers.

On paid media, Ruckus stood up social and search from a near zero baseline, pairing first-party customer data with disciplined optimization across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

04The Results

3x revenue growth

The program delivered a 3x year-over-year revenue increase, a 10% lift in conversion rate, and 46.4% growth in total net audience.

Paid social and Google Ads returned 2x and 3x ROAS, and the email list grew by thousands of new subscribers, proof that a saturated market can still be broken open with the right strategy.
