01The Client

Built on two rivers, made for generations

WOW Sports designs and manufactures inflatable watersports and outdoor recreation gear, from towable tubes to snow tubes, built on seven decades of water culture and long sold through boat dealers and big-box retail. WOW came to Ruckus to build a direct-to-consumer home that could carry the brand and the business at once.

02The Challenge

From dealer catalog to direct store

WOW needed more than a new theme. It needed a rebuilt shopping experience wired into the systems that already fulfilled and supported every order on NetSuite, without breaking the back office that ran the business, plus a sprawling catalog reorganized into something a family could actually shop.

03The Work

One store, wired to the back office

Ruckus designed the storefront from style tiles through full desktop and mobile layouts, with a seasonal homepage hero, a category mega menu spanning Lake, Backyard, Pool, Snow, and Accessories, and a bespoke product detail page built for gear people buy with their eyes.

Behind the scenes, Ruckus connected Shopify to WOW's NetSuite ERP through Celigo, so orders and warranty claims flow straight into the system that fulfills them, no re-keying, and remapped years of products and SKUs into four shoppable seasons with redirects to protect search rankings.

04The Outcome

A dealer-built brand now sells direct

Ruckus designed and built WOW's direct-to-consumer storefront on Shopify and took it live for peak season, with orders and warranty claims flowing through Celigo into the ERP that runs the business. WOW still sells today on the experience, taxonomy, and integrations Ruckus built, from lake to backyard to snow.
