SEND SMILES
Same-day joy, delivered
Send Smiles is a family florist reimagining flower delivery, built on four generations of floral craft. It pairs designer arrangements with free, two-hour, same-day delivery and honest, no-hidden-fee pricing, sourcing blooms farm-direct and carrying them the last mile with its own drivers.
Ruckus built the whole engine, from the logo to the last-mile media: brand identity, website and e-commerce, in-house photography and film, media planning and buying, and PR and full-funnel marketing that fills the delivery van every single day of the year.

A two-hour promise the category couldn't match
Legacy flower delivery had trained people to expect wire-service middlemen, surprise fees, and next-day waits. Send Smiles could hand-deliver in two hours for free. Turning that edge into a habit meant building a brand to trust, a storefront to enjoy, and demand for every occasion.

A logotype with a smile tucked into the stem
Ruckus built a logotype, a palette of garden coral and deep evergreen warmed by cream and blush, and a voice that is warm, direct, and glad to see you. The e-commerce storefront puts the two-hour promise, transparent pricing, and farm-fresh sourcing front and center from browse to checkout.
Seven films, shot from the doorstep
Ruckus put the camera on the doorstep: a library of point-of-view films built around the moment of receiving, a partner, a parent, a friend, captured the instant the door opens and the flowers appear. Shot as one production, the library was cut for broadcast, pre-roll, and social.
Ruckus also planned a six-period OUTFRONT Media out-of-home takeover across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia: 60 buses wrapped with kings and headliners, 24 rail car cards across six Metro lines, and 400 stations running digital liveboards, plus a launch flight of TV, streaming, radio, direct mail, and email.
10x growth in year one
Monthly orders grew 10x across the first year of the engagement, with 11,000+ orders delivered occasion after occasion and 6,500+ weekly site visits at seasonal peak, all driven by full-funnel demand across TV, radio, transit, direct mail, and email working together.
