Orchestrating Intelligence: Ruckus Builds Kaya from a Blank Page

Brand story, identity, website, and launch film for an enterprise AI company entering a crowded market, a category-defining story built from zero.

Most brands are renovations. Kaya was a ground-up build. When the enterprise AI orchestration platform engaged Ruckus, there was no logo, no website, no deck, no film, and no story. There was a powerful piece of technology, a founding team with decades of enterprise delivery behind it, and a launch date. Six weeks later, Kaya arrived in market looking like it had been there for years.

The problem worth solving

Enterprises have never had more AI tools, and yet their intelligence has never been more disconnected. Models live in silos. Data lives in other silos. Governance lives in a spreadsheet somewhere nobody checks. Kaya's platform unifies fragmented systems, models, and data into governed, explainable intelligence, an orchestration layer for companies that need AI to actually run the business, not just demo well.

That story had to rise above a market drowning in AI noise, where most new companies launch on novelty and hope. Kaya needed the opposite: a category-defining narrative built for buyers who sign enterprise contracts, not free trials.

Eight questions, three pillars

Ruckus built the brand story on a framework of eight narrative questions, moving from the problem and the origin through purpose, proof, and result. The answers hardened into three pillars that now govern everything Kaya says: connected intelligence, built with intention, and human at the core of every decision the platform makes.

From there the identity followed. The Kaya icon extends into a full visual system anchored by a signature Tech Blue to Vivid Orange gradient, a recurring motif that carries from the wordmark through the website to the film. Ruckus then designed and built kayaintelligence.com to bring the system to market for business, technology, and partner audiences at once.

Thirty-four seconds to say all of it

To announce the brand, Ruckus storyboarded and produced a 17-shot launch film that compresses the entire Kaya story into 34 seconds. Story, identity, website, and film shipped as one brand rather than four separate projects, moving from kickoff workshop to a codified brand story in six weeks.

Kaya is live now at kayaintelligence.com. The full engagement, from the eight-question framework to the launch film, is documented in the Kaya case study in our work library.
