01The Client

The name homeowners trust after the storm

TTLC is a family owned exterior remodeling and storm restoration company serving Greater Chicagoland, grown from a lawn care business in 2005 into a full roofing, siding, and gutter operation with a 4.9 star reputation across more than a thousand homeowner reviews. Ruckus has led TTLC's marketing and media for two years and counting.

02The Challenge

Reputation without recognition

TTLC's best marketing already existed: real homeowners it had carried through storms and insurance claims. It needed those stories captured and put on every screen, awareness that held across a wide footprint between storms, and marketing that could move as fast as the weather that creates demand.

03The Work

Storm Stories, and an engine that never sleeps

Ruckus's studio produced a library of testimonial-style Storm Stories films, cut in thirty second, one minute, and two minute versions, alongside hero brand videos and drone cinematography of finished roofs. Six finished films now run across paid social, YouTube, OTT, and broadcast.

Ruckus also plans, buys, and runs TTLC's media as one connected system: paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube keep the brand visible year round, while satellite roof imagery paired with hail tracking focuses outreach on storm-hit neighborhoods, inside the insurance claim window, with Klaviyo journeys nurturing every lead.

04Al the Alpaca

A friendly face for the next chapter

Ruckus rebuilt TTLC's identity into a clean, scalable brand system, then designed Al the Alpaca, a mascot built to earn warmth and recall in a category that usually competes on price. Al moved from concept sketches to a fully rigged 3D character, with an animated campaign now in production ahead of his public debut.

05The Outcome

A local roofer, built into a brand

Two years in, Ruckus runs TTLC's marketing and media as an ongoing partner: a library of Storm Stories driving the brand's most credible advertising, an always-on media engine tuned to the weather, and a refreshed brand ready for its next chapter.
