INTURN
A leader without a story to match
INTURN built a centralized platform where off-price retailers buy and sell excess inventory. The vision was clear and the client list included some of retail's biggest names, but the value proposition and identity never caught up to the product itself.
INTURN was working with major retail brands and backed by serious investors, yet it still read like a fledgling software startup. The messaging stayed generic and unfocused, undersold what the platform actually did, and left every stakeholder guessing at the value.

Untargeted value, unclear stakeholders
INTURN spoke to everyone in general and no one in particular. Descriptions of the platform and its solutions stayed broad, leaving CFOs, COOs, and CIOs without a clear reason to care about the specific problems it solved for their own role in the business.
A brand built stakeholder by stakeholder
Ruckus led INTURN's leadership through guided workshops to extract insights, then built a value tree connecting the platform to what each buyer actually needs: better margins, more volume, improved liquidity, visibility, and a real system of record for every deal.
A refined list of what INTURN is and is not gave the team language to hold onto: collaborative, transparent, disruptive, and a partner, not a marketplace, a broker, or a nice-to-have. A new mission statement tied the whole positioning together into one clear voice.

A website that shows the platform, not just the pitch
The old site looked fine but proved nothing: no visibility into how INTURN worked, everything hidden behind gated demos. Ruckus rebuilt it from the ground up with a new palette, stylized platform screens, and live photography that let visitors actually see the product before ever booking a demo.
